amdurbin After 10 days have passed you will have the option of canceling the transaction, and the money will be put back onto your card. What day did you purchase? Sorry that happened to you, it's happened to me a couple times on some items I really wanted! Oh, and fyi you have to tag others when you respond to them, like @boo_ or @amdurbin so they will get a notification. You are automatically notified if its your own closet, but not in others. Hope this helps!

amdurbin No problem! And yea it's been 10 days, so if you go to Your Account under My Purchases, click on that purchase, and then at the bottom there should be an option to cancel the transaction due to it not being sent. I don't understand why ppl do that, why bother setting up a closet if you don't want to sell!
