Hi Mia. I apologize. I was getting the slides ready to ship and noticed that there is an area in the side of the slide where the fabric has separated from the slide itself ....so I didn't want to send you a damaged item. I'm not sure why it said the item shipped. I must have done that inadvertently. I'm really sorry about this. I wanted to do a deal with you.

For several months I have been unable to update my email & address in the PM app. I have sent requests to PM Customer Service, but not received a response or was my info updated. Consequently I am unable to buy on PM or it will go to the wrong address. Has this happened to anyone else??
