This handwoven, oversized fine wool wrap is a stunning cherry red color. Woven by Churchill Weavers with a subtle, patchwork-type design, it is edged in a flowy fringe. It is fitted in the shoulders and opens in the front. Made with 100% high grade soft wool, the hand and drape of this item are as good as it gets. The neck area is lined with velvet. It has been freshly dry cleaned and in exceptional condition. Kentucky-based Churchill Weavers made beautiful handwoven items from 1922-2007. Known for their fine textiles and vivid colors, the company was located in an area of Appalachia long-associated with handcrafts.
