This listing is for “Dogs welcome, people tolerated”, wood farmhouse sign. The frame is made of 1x2 pieces of wood and is stained. The sign consists of thick, black MDF that is painted with chalk paint prior to being carved on a CNC machine. All signs are engraved/carved. No stickers or painted letters! Farmhouse signs are 12 inches tall and 24 in wide. Details: **Signs come with (2) hooks on the back side for easy hanging. **Weight of the farmhouse sign is approximately 3.5 lbs. **All items are sealed with multiple top coats to prevent any wear.
