Hand made hobo bag

There is no brand name or designer label on this bag, I’m not sure it’s real leather although it feels and smells like it might be. I purchased this bag over 15 years ago from a street market in a tiny little town near the Alps in France. I’ve only used this bag once. I love it but I told myself I was getting rid of everything I haven’t worn or used in the past 2 years. The measurements are in the pics below. There are some imperfections, perhaps scratches on the bag esp in the lower right hand corner front (in pics) but other than that, no visible stains or tears on the outside nor on the inside. This bag has one outside zip pocket, it can snap on the sides, zipper open, inside it has 2 zipper pockets and some other little pockets, all in the pics. It has 2 heart leather tassels on the front and one on the handle.
