Halter Low Back Bubble Dress

This dress is from Kohls and sized a 3/4 from the Junior section. I wear a size 2 in women's and this dress still fits. The dress has a halter top with a low- to no-back. It also has a ribbon tie that ties around the back for extra support and cuteness. The bottom is bubbled up for the poof look! Cute for a night party or elegant date night out!
