I did alter the belt to be about 3 inches shorter to try to salvage the fit, but it was not enough. The belt is highly adjustable, and has a row of snaps along the belt, so it should fit the average size small person very well. The belt can be fastened from ~28 inches to 38 inches. Send offers :)
