This special vintage platter was made in Italy, exclusively for Macy's and their "The Cellar" line of fine dining products! Besides it's inherent beauty, it is quite substantial and heavy duty, ready for your largest serving needs. The sides stand just over 1 3/4 inches high. It states on the bottom that it is dishwasher safe.
