This is a size small gorgeous mermaid sequin romper by BCBG Generation Max Azria. This piece is truly a show stopper! I wore it once when I dressed up as Katy Perry for Halloween and it's been hanging in my closet ever since! This retails for nearly $300. I'm not really sure I want to get rid of it so I won't be accepting any offers on it. Ties at back.

madeofstarlight @y_mcsillypants it should fit! I was a size 4-6 when I bought this and a 34C. It has an adjustable neck tie but doesn’t have any stretch
