cristallo @schillingv03 the interior does have some stretch...the fringe on it doesn't stretch as much... But I think it would fit, I think it would be form fitting & show some cleave with a D cup though...

cristallo I told you I could measure.. But I just found similar ones that were not nearly as nice... The cheap ones were $150 .. I just googled the name brand I told you & "red fringe dress" after the name brand
