H&M Dark Blue Velvet Strapless Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @rachelmpink several years ago. I wore this dress a few times and it is super cute and body forming. I’m small chested and it fit me great, but I wouldn’t recommend for anyone over a B cup. Dress is still in condition I bought it in with no stains, snags or holes.
