From the coveted Evil Twin plaid collection, this is a semi sheer, double zipper, maxi skirt with short skirt lining. Bought several years ago and wore less than twice, so it’s in perfect condition! Super rare and hard to find. Waist is elastic, and zippers are functional. Inside skirt lining is super soft! nicci_provost Hi, i was wondering if you knew the measurements for the waist when it is stretched all the way? I really like the skirt but I normally wear a small sometimes medium but I don't want to buy it and it not fit LOL does it have a lot of give? thanks so much for your time

gd2 @nicci_provost @nicci_provost I just stretched it out and the farthest it’ll go is 15” laying flat. The waist is elastic, but it’s pretty true to size!
