The #176 is unsanforized and is typically ordered 3 sizes large. From the measurements, these look to be ~32 but if they haven't been soaked, they are going to shrink a lot. Do you know about the washing history on these?

@mrsubmariner Thanks for your question. I bought these from another posher so I don't know the full wash history. I never wore them or washed them. The tape measure measurments are still the same from these photos.
