Green Pencil Mini Skirt

Green mini pencil skirt 🍀 Unknown brand, vintage and possibly handmade. Marked a size 8, best fits a modern small. Waist measures 13" flat, very little give. I love thid skirt because I'm about 5'3 and it actuslly fits short on me, which I sometimes struggle.to find in mimi skirts. Decent condition, no flaws visible from the outside but the lining has been cut out by a previous owner and the clasp is loose, though the zipper is fine. Still perfectly wearable and cute, but please be aware. One of my absolute favorite skirts but too small on me unfortunately. Listing is just for the skirt. Accepting all reasonable offers!
