This fun & flirty dress has a frilled collar and pleated skirt with a hidden side zipper. Excellent used condition. I just purchased this on Posh but sadly, it's too small for me :( So I'm on the hunt for a size M. The original owner said she'd only worn it a few times but it looks brand new. The construction of this dress is amazing! Top is blue & white pinstripe and the skirt is black. Material: 60% Cotton, 37% Polyester, 3% Spandex

@tleigh88 Hi! Hi! It's just a skirt--no shorts under. The length of the whole dress is 32". For me (I'm 5'6"), it's above the knee. Hope that helps. LMK if you have any other questions.
