Bought these for my wedding and got sent two pairs by accident. Great for a bride with gauged ears. They are gold plugs with sparkly rhinestones on them and little gold chains that dangle behind the star/moon. The back screws on and off. Comes with box and a complimentary alcohol wipe to disinfect.
