I bought this from you, just wondered if there is another grip missing. There is a spot for another, but the other is connected to the main strip on the back of the bag but there is a spot that is empty like something is missing. How does it work?

@janfore this is a Sling bag, not a backpack. The other loop on the back is to switch how you sling it across your body, if you prefer one side or another. The listing was for a Sling Bag, not a backpack. There is not another strap or anything missing
