Gorgeous 80’s Cocktail Dress in Cobalt Blue Size: Vintage 14, Modern 6 Color: Cobalt Blue This is a fabulous vintage piece in great condition. It does have some imperfections in the lace that are shown. Otherwise, it looks brand new. It has a bubble skirt bottom, giant bow, and slightly longer skirt in the back. It has a V back and scalloped lace edges. This is a great collectors piece.
