where does this dress ship from? Would this fit a size 14?

@angooo It ships from Indiana. I think it would, a 14 was closer to my size except my waist was a little big. I also just realized that I had it listed as a slightly different dress though, it's not the A-line it's got a little gather in the front and back. I'm updating the description with the correct information.
