Do these fit true to size or do they fit more like a US women’s size 9?

@ugotgreattaste I'm a 10 and I wear a similar style in 41, so these may be more of a 9 1/2 but with the wide toe box and adjustable strap, maybe they'd fit? I tried on 40 in these but closed in the back (the loafer) fit me but were tight.
