GORGEOUS RED SEQUIN HOLIDAY DRESS 3T

This dress was worn once for my daughter's Christmas photo shoot. It is in excellent used condition! It is absolutely stunning!! It looks like there may be a couple sequins missing at the bottom, but it is the same on both sides, so Im not sure if it's supposed to be like that?
