GAP Velvet Kimono Sleeve Top Size XS (oversized, drapey fit)

GAP Velvet Kimono Sleeve Top. Item is in good used condition. Color is a deep dark hunter green/black; not true black but can look like it is depending on lighting. Size is XS but it’s oversized.
