New without tags. Never worn. These are super cute! I am 5’1” and just too short to wear these the way I thought they would look. They sit above the knee on me, but would probably work on someone taller. It does have pen marks I think from the making of the boot. I didn’t make the return policy time because I loved them too much to give them up but here we are. Asking $175 OBO!
