Free People high-low Blue and grey dress

Beautiful grey dress with blue floral panels on the bodice and down the skirt. Removable and adjustable straps. Elastic grips around the bust in order to wear without the straps. Measures 15 inches in the back flat, but also capable of stretching some, 13 1/2 inches along the waist, 30 inches from top of bust to lowest part of hem, 36 inches length to the longest part of hem. Thread above side has unraveled, but could be easily stitched or let be, see pictures! Polyester, but feels like silk!
