I wore this a few times a couple summers ago and am just trying to clean out my closet! It’s a super flowy maxi dress with ties on the shoulders and a bandeau kind of top (all connected). The front of the bandeau has a little rubber strip on the top to help it stay up. Really comfy and unique!
