Free People printed Arzel balloon sleeve mini dress/tunic in black with cream and light pink. Deep V in front and back. Eyelet double closure in front and tie across back of shoulders. Size M. I bought this last year and never have worn it out. Tried on many times. I don’t think I will ever wear it, so it’s time for new owner! It’s a beautiful piece.
