How long have you owned this, how much have you worn it abd has it been dry cleaned?
Is your home smoke and pet free?
I noticed the small stain and a number of threds hanging.
Did you try to get the stain out?

@cynthiamarini I just really liked the Victorian look and I have another one that’s almost as similar to this one . This one is a bit thicker on material . I didn’t cut the strands because I felt maybe it was like this and I didn’t really want to damage it
