aforeverlylove hi! so if you received something that wasn't what you purchased, DO NOT ACCEPT THE ORDER. underneath the order there is an option that says problems/inquiries I believe and you have to choose the order not as described and open up a case immediately because you have 3 days after you receive the order.

carisaconfere @aforeverlylove is there a number I can call I’ve tried everything I’m not good at all this stuff I did hit accept thinking I could write the problem down and now I can’t get anywhere I’ve ordered a lot of stuff from here but never had this problem I can’t believe someone would do this
