This Forever 21 mini dress is perfect for a night out on the town, New Years Eve, or a date night! This dress is a size medium and has only been worn twice. Note: the dress is a little bit see through so it will need to be worn with a nude slip underneath. This dress also has a very small stain and the back left shoulder.
