Brand new, never worn maxi dress from Forever 21. Previously purchased on Ebay with tag cut off from seller (see last picture). Fits true to size. Had to size up myself, so selling this one. @rzuckert23 Hi! I would say it fits like a regular XL or 0X from Forever 21, which would probably look best around a 12/14 size with a medium to large bust, I'd say.
The dress has UK size 18 on the tag, so looking at F21's website, that would have roughly the following measurements/same measurements as an 0X:
Bust: 42-43 inch
Waist: 35-36 inch
Hips: 45-46 inch
Thigh 25.5 inch
