Forever 21 Dress

Worn once, too short for my liking but super cute. All items are either new with or without tags or excellent used condition. I was a shopaholic for awhile so have so much stuff. All the items I’m posting are my own personal items. If there’s any areas of concern I always try my best to take pictures, so please go through all pictures. My loss your gain.
