Forever 21 Black Floral Surplice Crop Top

Black floral cropped ruffled surplice long sleeved top; never worn, only tried on! A little too cropped for my personal level of comfort, but I kept it because I always wanted to find an occasion to wear it because it's so cute. the neckline is pretty low and since it's a surplice front it can feel pretty open on the chest but this could easily be fixed by using double sided tape or even a safety pin underneath the ruffle to attach the shirt to a bra or camisole.
