Forever 21 - 2X Dress

Forever 21 size 2X dress. Pre-loved & in good condition. Back has cutout & an elastic band above cutout. Spaghetti straps w/adjustable straps. Last pic shows lining which is black (is NOT reversible pic just shows there is a full lining). I cut off the tag that listed material. Has partial side zipper. Fabric does not stretch. Length depends on how you adjust the straps but w/ straps about half way adjusted, is about 36.” Armpit to armpit is about 21” on one side (about 42” inches all around).
