Forever 21 - 1X skirt

Forever 21 black 1X skirt. This is a bandage skirt style and is supposed to be form fitting. I believe this might be a reposh that I bought years ago and didn’t end up wearing. It is about 19” long. The very top measures just under 17” on one side un stretched (so 34” all around). When stretched it seemed to stretch to 21” on side (so 42” all around). This is in great condition.
