Forever 21 '00's Plaid Babydoll Dress/Tunic

This dress has only had one owner. I bought it in the early 2000s and loved it so much I didn't want to part with it but I haven't been wearing it anymore. It's so adorable on and looks great with tights and boots or over skinny jeans.
