cassmarie8406 @brimill33 Exactly! Unfortunately there are some really dishonest and awful people out there🙁😩 I had to deal with that a couple times on here and I take it very personal since I am 100% honest. I don't want a person with bad intentions to reunion my reputation or my pride. I treat people as I would like them to treat me but I have seen the evil in some people so I cover my butt now🙁

cassmarie8406 @daniellehake It definitely helps and is well worth the extra time! Unfortunately I to have come across some dishonest people here and had some issues as well😔 I took it very personally as well because I take pride in what I sell and I am very honest so that was a bad feeling to have. Hopefully you don’t run into anymore issues❤️

I am so sorry I never responded 😔 I thought I did😔 I am loosing it apparently 😫 Unfortunately not everyone has good intentions in the world. 😒 I had 2 issues with 2 dishonest people and that made me question selling on here. But some other Poshers had this idea so I started doing this! It definitely helps!

cassmarie8406 @kaitnjapan Thank you! You have a great closet as well❤️ When I sell something I take pictures of the item, the package, the way it is wrapped than it in the package it’s going out in. I take a picture of the shipping envelope or box with the shipping label on it. This is to ensure that they know I sent the correct item, to who and when. It also shows that the item is in the condition I said it was in! I hope this helps😍 Don’t hesitate to ask any questions!

cassmarie8406 @itsnew4u Hi!!! Welcome to Posh!! Yes unfortunately there are some really bad and dishonest people here and in the world in general 😔 It is very sad but definitely happens a lot. Just cover yourself just Incase you run into one of these people like I did😔 I am a very honest person and take pride in what I sell and do so I make sure to cover myself for my own sanity as well!

duchessdaniele Thank you sooo much for this tip, I am going to use it as well!! Some things i have learned when disputing sales: 1) Do not get emotional. 2) don't take it personal 3) address each objection honestly & clearly, in order 4) never even hint that u could have been mistaken in your ad (unless you were) 5) Be kind to the buyer (even if they don't deserve it), apologize for their opinion on the item, and objectively disagree. 6) Be honest 🌷🌷🌷

soulkitchen99 @cassmarie8406 I was told that Buyer can purchase th item. * U deliver it. * Then SCAMMER can do several Tricks!! ** 1. They can cancel while its in transit. Not even delivered to their house. * Ask for their money back. - Posh gives their money back. *** Then th item arrives. Cuz it was in transit. And they claim they never got it. * And turnaround & sell it themselves. [mostly w expensive items.]

Posh has not proof u sent th item. **** This happens – IF u dont take pictures of th item – in th box, w tracking no. = all in one picture!! * This other Posher takes a friend - for witness - w her very expensive items. [or u cld video tape]

cassmarie8406 @soulkitchen99 Yes I have unfortunately had both of these situations happen to me. 😠 I had someone claim the item I sent them was not what I said it was, thank god I take pictures of everything. I was able to prove that I sent what I said I did and that it was in the exact condition as well. I’ve also had someone cancel after I told them it was already in the mail and it was a more expensive item as well. It’s sad and pathetic that people do this.
