Folter style The Ghastlies dress size 1x NWOT Handmade

Reposhing this item I purchased from @kabalo123. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. NWOT I've never worn this dress and now it doesn't fit. I believe it's handmade. I paid $80 for it on poshmark. asking 50 which means I will be getting back less than half of that after shipping.
