Floral Shift Dress

Navy blue shift style dress with pink and white floral accent. Bought from Francesca's and couldn't return -- It's brand new and never worn!! Size XS, but could also fit S. I am 5' 7" and it hits me about mid-thigh. Please comment if you would like exact length measurements. Neck is halter style, and there is a little keyhole accent in the front. Sides are slightly longer than front and back, which gives it a cute flowy look.
