Floral Button-down summer dress

A dress with a summer-time vintage feel to it. It's red-orange with orange-yellow and white flowers. The back features a small amount of elastic at the bottom of a back cut out. The dress ties at the back of the neck. Bottom hem falls to about the knee on a 5'4" person. Worn only twice.
