I say it’s brand new. Only tried twice to compare against the Dyson Air Wrap. This dries faster than Dyson but bulkier than Dyson. I paid a lot for my Dyson and don’t really need this one and is much cheaper than Dyson. Comes with everything in the box plus I’m adding an additional thinner curler.
