Flawed Item Price Drop! The Headband. She's quirky, she's cute, she's a few years old, and I glued the disco balls, etc, on it a bit off center, but you can't really tell when it's on! She's fun for Mardi Gras. She has a little weight to her, but I glued a loop of felt to the underside of the headband so that you can add clips or bobby pins. Enjoy the lower price!
