Vintage bag circa 1990 which was the highest quality made by Filson. Bridle grade leather, thick, waxed canvas, brass buckles, and snaps. The carry strap is included. There are no rips, tears or foul odors. The bag has been through airport security many times and the patina is evidence. there is a lower pocket underneath the main compartment where garments can be placed, which are wet or soiled to keep them away from the clean above. I have made no attempt to modify or clean this bag in anyway, thinking that the user can make that decision. Personally, I would not recommend any changes in the bag. The volume of the extra large duffel is approximately 55 L. highly recommended for rugged no-frills travel.
