shaden1231 @princesa_avl hi dear so i went to the post office today. And they found out that there were damage of the package and they asked just to wait a few days for any updates in the mean while. I will be contacting poshmark to see the possibility of any refund for you. Till i just find the package because they have trouble finding it. I am so sorry about all of that.

shaden1231 @princesa_avl ur very welcome. I think i know what happened to the package. I put the bag in a bigger box so i don't have to fold it so it doesn't get damage and when they took it. They added more heavier boxes on top of it. So it got crushed or something. I contacted poshmark and they haven't answered yet and on Thursday i will go to the post office again to check on the it.
