@top_merch: done! It has a super cute open back. I have this dress in red, and I was worried about the open back. But because of the ties and shape of the flowers even I, with a larger chest, can get away with no bra!

@kw622610: Hi, so sorry I missed this. Waist lay flat is: 18 1/4 --but, since the back is a tie back, I'd say that this is very adjustable. and hip lay flat is: 30 in
