Fanny pack purse by Kate Spade. Neon green/yellow (lighting makes it seem more yellow). Max circumference of 48” with 10 belt holes. Cute for going out or even hiking. There is a very small orange stain as pictured. I haven’t tried to remove it, it may come off with water.
