Fab’ric Blue Ruffle Mini Dress, Size Large

Never worn in perfect condition. I fell in love with this dress when I saw it in the store and hoped that the large would fit me but unfortunately, it was too big. This dress is perfect for summer. The ruffles had an amazing layer of whimsy while there is still the body-hugging tight scrunch component, which is so flattering on every shape.
