lilyclet I received the item, but it doesn't match the description. The bag is worn out, the color has faded, and there are rips along the edges. Additionally, the dust bag mentioned was not included; instead, I found a single white pillowcase inside. Could you please provide return instructions? I would like to request a full refund. lilyclet This is 24 hours after I have sent a message to you about a bag I purchased that was obviously misrepresented in the sale description. I am yet to get a response. Please tell me how to return this item, and I am requesting a refund.

cartervthompson @lilyclet I’m sorry you feel that way! I have never been requested a return before but from what I can read, go to the order on your end and select “problems/order inquiry” and select refund…it’ll start an investigation which I’ll quickly accept and it’ll send you a label to print and ship back which will give you your refund!

I thought this channel wasn't a viable way to reach you, especially since I've also been waiting to hear back from Poshmark without success. cartervthompson @lilyclet I’m so sorry, but it’ll have to go through Poshmark’s refund in order to get the full refund. I reached out to Poshmark and they said “the buyer would need to go through the refund procedure”

lilyclet I've lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and will escalate to other relevant agencies if necessary, as I believe Poshmark is not handling this matter fairly. I expect a fair and transparent resolution to ensure justice is served.
