Express white puff sleeve dress - can be worn two ways!

Gorgeous white puff sleeve dress. Fully lined and would look amazing on anyone. Stretch material - I am usually a size L and this fit me great but would also fit a true medium. Only worn once! This would work off the shoulder (like in the photos) or can be worn with the sleeves covering your shoulders as well. Would be amazing for a spring or summer bride!
