Express button down blouse

A beautiful button down blouse that can be dressed up or down. Very lightweight material making it ideal for spring or summer. The black trim gives the blouse contrast and really makes it pop alone or under a blazer. The sleeves can be rolled up and buttoned to make it a quarter sleeve (see first photo) Only worn a couple of times. ***In near perfect condition***
