Express NWT Size M black dress with red and blue flowers. V neck with hook closure. Adjustable ties down back of dress. Cap sleeves. 100% rayon. Very flowy and light, great summer or vacation dress for warm weather. The print and colors are super flattering and the dress is super versatile. This dress is very cute and I wanted to keep it, but it doesn't quite fit me right so I am reposhing.

@ksully328 Hi, I measured the top of the shoulder to the hem at 35 inches. For the back half of the dress, the waist is a stetchy elastic. Let me know if you have other questions!
